On Yer Skates is based in Charminster, Bournemouth, UK. We also sell through our Web Site and comply with UK consumer law, including Distance Selling Regulations which means it's safe to shop with us. Our returns policy means we are happy to refund or exchange items damaged in transit, items that are faulty or items sent by mistake. Please check sizes carefully when ordering. Our terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty, Faults and Returns

When a problem occurs with an order, or part of an order - we reserve the right to attempt to fix any problem before a refund or replacement is issued. We will then decide whether if it is a warranty issue. We will of course do our best to ensure that the issue is fairly resolved.

Our Warranty covers faults that develop in a product in the first 12 months of use or the product manufacturers particular specified warranty period whichever is the longer. Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but not damage caused by wear and tear, crashing or abuse. Once again, we reserve the right to try to fix any problem before we decide if it is a warranty issue. If you suspect that something is wrong with a product purchased on this Web Site - discontinue use and contact us through the methods listed on this Web Site. It is inevitable that new products wear and become looser over time. You should maintain and attempt to tighten parts as they become loose.

Returning Goods

Please contact us before attempting to return a purchased item using the methods listed on this Web Site. If we cannot resolve the problem then you should return the part to us at your own cost taking care to properly pack items so that they arrive with us in the condition that you sent them.

Returns Requirements

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt and must be in original packaging. ALL parts of a product must be returned, even if some parts are broken and they must not be fitted or used. All products must be sent by Recorded delivery in case of dispute over missing or undelivered items.

Product Prices

Our prices include VAT at the standard UK rate. If a product price has been displayed incorrectly (either more or less expensive) then we will endeavour to contact you before shipment for confirmation. Although we do our utmost to ensure correct pricing and up-to-date product information on our Web Site, we cannot guarantee that changes made by manufacturers propogate through to our Web Site immediately but in the event of a discrepency between the product order and the product in stock, we will endeavour to contact you before shipment for confirmation.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges for Orders under the value of £100.00 will be charged at £3.99 (see note below). Delivery charges for Accessories over and equal the value of £100.00 will be free (see note below). Delivery charges for Items is free.
Note delivery charges quoted are for UK MAINLAND DELIVERY ONLY. Additional charges may be made for delivery requests to other locations. Please Note that our Couriers place an extra charge when delivering to Highlands, Islands and Northern Islands. Buyers will be notified of any extra Delivery charges prior to delivery.

Payment

Payment is made through UK online Merchant services provided by PayPal. If you experience problems with payment - please contact us to arrange an alternative method of payment. We will only charge your Credit card when the order is ready for shipment. All payments are in Great Britain Pounds.
